I), review denied, 200 Wn.2d 1028, 523 P.3d 1188 (Feb. 8, 2023) (concluding that the arbitration agreement’s class action waiver is unconscionable and affirming the trial court’s denial of the motion to compel arbitration); id. at 222 (denying the motion to compel arbitration filed in court by Dominos and concluding that Oakley was exempt from the Federal Arbitration Act and that the agreement’s choice of the Federal Arbitration Act could not be severed from the agreement).
